Timi’s Tours operates a fleet of 5 years or newer luxury motorcoaches, MCI and Prevost models.

  • Be at least 25 years old.
  • Possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • US citizen or permanent Visa
  • Possess a valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger endorsement, and no air brake restriction.
  • Have at least 2 years experience with a CDL.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Pass a DOT physical given by a physician certified on the FMCSA National Registry and approved by the Company.
  • Must have an acceptable driving record (MVR):Have no more than 2 moving violations within the last 12 months
  • Have no major accidents, no reckless driving charges, no DUI’s, and no DWI’s.
  • Have no suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years.
  • Must comply with all other applicable qualifications for employment established by regulation and by the Company.
  • Must satisfactorily demonstrate acceptable driving behaviors during a road test
  • Must have strong customer service skills

All new drivers must complete our new hire training program to ensure each and every driver at Timi’s Tours is trained the same way. However, the training may be shortened based on your experience and driving history.

Schedules will vary depending on trip assignments. We do offer day trips and multiday trips that range from 2 days to 6 months. Trip assignments are based on experience and performance. Schedules are typically given around the 15th of every month for the following month.

The hiring process takes about 2 weeks from start to finish but mainly depends on how fast everything is done on your end. The majority of the hiring process is done online or close to your home.

Yes, part-time drivers typically have another job while working here. However, it is your responsibility to log any compensated work into our Electronic Logging System to ensure Hours of Service are correct.
